OVERVIEW
ShopinBlues.com ships will ship anywhere in the United
States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We do not
offer international shipping at this time except for Canada. We also do not ship to post
office boxes. Weekend or holiday deliveries are not available.
ShopinBlues.com will normally ship all items within one to
two business days via UPS. Shipment time is
dependent upon credit card approval and availability. ShopinBlues.com will send an e-mail
within 48 hours confirming shipment along with a tracking number. An e-mail within 48
hours will also be sent if an item is not currently available or if we need to check on
availability. Your credit card will not be charged until shipment takes effect.
Ownership of
the merchandise passes to you upon delivery by UPS. Signature is required
for the delivery of all packages unless specifically waived at the time of purchase.

UPS Ground
$7.00 flat rate. Shipments typically take five to ten business days
after your package leaves ShopinBlues.com. UPS Ground is only available for the 48
contiguous states. Free ground shipping is available on all orders over $200.00.
UPS 3 Day
Select $12.00 flat rate. Shipments
delivered by the end of the third business day after your package leaves ShopinBlues.com.
UPS 3 Day select is only available for the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2 Day Air
$17.00 flat rate for the 48 contiguous states and Puerto Rico.
$30.00 flat rate for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments delivered two business days after your
package leaves ShopinBlues.com.
UPS Next Day
Air - $30.00 flat rate for the 48 contiguous states and Puerto Rico. $50.00
flat rate for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments
delivered the next business day after your package leaves ShopinBlues.com.
CANADA
UPS Canada
Standard - $25.00 flat rate. Shipments
delivered business days after your package leaves ShopinBlues.com.
UPS Worldwide
Expedited $50.00 flat rate. Shipments
delivered three to four business days after your package leaves ShopinBlues.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Returns and
exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ATLERED OR
WASHED, AND WITH ALL OF THE TAGS ATTACHED. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days
after the delivery of the merchandise. Returns will only be for the amount of the
merchandise and appropriate sales tax. No credit will be given for shipping charges. If
merchandise is returned for which no shipping charges were applied, shipping charges will
be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No returns or exchanges will be given on sales
or promotional merchandise.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Send us an e-mail to sales@ShopinBlues.com
with the following information:
a. Reason for the return
b. Invoice number
c. Date of purchase
d. Detail of the item you are returning
e. Exchange information, e.g. size, replace etc. (no additional shipping charges will
apply for an exchange).
An e-mail will be sent confirming or denying the return
request.
- Upon receipt of an e-mail approval, send the merchandise to

PLEASE NOTE:
Merchandise received after 14 days from the receipt of the e-mail return confirmation will
be charged a 20 percent restocking fee.
